| Cultural Pathways to Resilience: Mental Health in MENASA Communities | Ballroom A | This interactive workshop centers individual empowerment and collective healing through creativity. Designed for MENASA students and those working with MENASA students to unleash their cultural creativity into creating healing spaces. The space invites participants to explore cultural identity, emotional well-being, and resilience through creative expression and dialogue. Participants will engage in reflective and creative activities that honor lived experiences, strengthen self-connection, and foster community care. The workshop also creates space to discuss mental health advocacy with MENASA communities, challenging stigma while uplifting cultural knowledge, storytelling, poetry reading and shared strengths. This workshop is both a personal and communal experience supporting healing within, while building pathways toward connection, visibility, and collective resilience. | |
