Cultural Pathways to Resilience: Mental Health in MENASA CommunitiesBallroom AThis interactive workshop centers individual empowerment and collective healing through creativity. Designed for MENASA students and those working with MENASA students to unleash their cultural creativity into creating healing spaces. The space invites participants to explore cultural identity, emotional well-being, and resilience through creative expression and dialogue. Participants will engage in reflective and creative activities that honor lived experiences, strengthen self-connection, and foster community care. The workshop also creates space to discuss mental health advocacy with MENASA communities, challenging stigma while uplifting cultural knowledge, storytelling, poetry reading and shared strengths. This workshop is both a personal and communal experience supporting healing within, while building pathways toward connection, visibility, and collective resilience.
 
Community Ties and Mental Well-BeingBallroom BThis interactive workshop will provide insight into how social ties contribute to well-being.
Disability Awareness - Invisible DifferencesBallroom CThis interactive workshop will be a hands-on experience of what it may be like to have learning differences (ex. Dyslexia or ADHD) or Autism.

An Introduction to Dance TherapyBallroom BAn experiential workshop that introduces participants to dance therapy and highlights how dance therapy is applicable for improving mental health.
Make Your Own Self-care Box!Ballroom CParticipants will decorate a tin box with a mirror and mini skin care items for them to use on-the-go. During this, we will give a presentation on the importance of skincare items and how skin health can affect mental health.
